Hello everyone I am Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi And you are watching tadke pe tadka I have brought very simple recipe for you today It’s called Chana Dal Bread Kachori And let me show you how it is made Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan Add a pinch of asafoetida Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp ginger chopped 2-3 green chilies chopped Add 1 onion chopped Add 1 cup chana dal boiled Add 1 tsp red chili powder Add 1 tbsp coriander powder Add 1 tsp garam masala powder Add 1 tsp dry mango powder Add salt to taste Add 2 tbsp coriander chopped Take 6-8 breads and cut the edges Take water in a bowl and soak breads into it press breads and remove the access water Layer the bread slice in a small bowl Add the filling/ stuffing place the filling on the center Repeat the process place the another bread slice on top of the filling take another small size of bowl place the small bowl over it to cut it in a shape Take a knife and scrape outer later Look that the edges are covered well gently press it Take oil in a pan for frying Place one by one kachori in oil and fry till golden brown from all the sides Remove it on kitchen towel once golden brown and crisp Also use the edges of the bread by frying then along And out bread chana dal kachori is ready
