Now we will make “Chicken Masala” with Red
and Spicy Gravy. We have taken 200 grams of chicken. Then we will put some Red chilly powder. Then we will put some Garam
Masala, Coriander Powder, Jeera Powder and Turmeric Powder. Then one spoon of Ginger Garlic
Paste and 2 spoons of Yogurt. Some salt. Then we will have to mix everything. After mixing,
we will put the chicken for marination inside the refrigerator for 1 hour. Now for preparing the gravy, put 6-7 pieces
of garlic, 6-7 pieces of red chillies and 4-5 spoons of water in a grinder and grind
it fine. Now take some oil in a frying pan
and heat it up. After the oil gets heated,
put the marinated chicken in the pan. The flame of the gas should be low and cook the
chicken for about 10 minutes covering up the frying pan. You need to check the chicken
so that it doesn’t get burned. Open the lid of the pan to check, looks like we
will have to cook more for about 2-3 minutes. After 2 minutes, open the lid and mix the chicken well. Again put the lid for more 2 minutes After 2 minutes when the chicken is fried well, we will put the red gravy which we made in the
grinder. And mix everything well. Again cover the pan and cook it for 5 more
minutes. After 5 minutes look like the chicken is ready. It looks quite delicious with the
Red & Spicy gravy. Now we will put some coriander leaves and mix again and again cover it and
cook it for 2 minutes. Now the Chicken Masala with Red & Spicy Gravy
is ready, lets turn the Gas off and serve it in a plate. And finally the Chicken Masala with Red & Spicy
Gravy is ready to serve and eat.
