Today on The Stay At Home Chef I’m showing
you how to make Jalapeno Popper Stuffed French Bread. This cheesy stuffed bread has all the flavors
you love from Jalapeno Poppers in one dish that is
perfect for parties. And it’s really easy to put together! To start, you’ll need 1 loaf of French bread. Slice the loaf lengthwise into two pieces. You want to end up with 2 halves to stuff
full of cheesy goodness. Then, just take the center and just pull it
out of each half. It should come out quite easily. And you’ll be left with two empty crust
shells to stuff. Then take all of that filling and chop into
little pieces, or tear it into little pieces, and place it into a large mixing bowl. Once you have all of these little pieces,
you’ll add in 8 ounces of softened cream cheese And I’ve cut mine into cubes to make it
easier to fold in. 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese ¼ cup of mayonnaise 2-3 diced jalapenos And 1 pound of cooked and crumbled bacon. Fold that all together. It’s important that the cream cheese is
softened to room temperature so that you can easily
mix it in. Otherwise you’ll end up with a clumpy mess that’s hard to combine with all of that
bread. Then I’m going to gently pile all of this
into the bottom crust. Stuff it on in there so that you get a nice
heaping pile. All of the little bread pieces will help give
the cheesy filling some structure and hold its
shape and give you a filling that doesn’t just
run out all over the piece. Then we’re going to take the top pieces
and place it right on top. Then transfer this whole thing to a lightly
greased baking sheet. Then we’re going to bake this in a 375 degree
oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Or until the cheese is warm and bubbly and
completely melted. The you’ll just slice and serve. Thanks for watching! You can find the full written recipe in the
