Chef John here to show you a dessert recipe from our STEP into the Kitchen cookbook. that is a No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe. utilizing one of our Thermo-Snacks. It’s delicious and I know you’ll enjoy it. First, I have the caramel crunch soy puff Thermo-Snacks and we’ll put that in a little hand blender device and then a teaspoon of butter, and we want to grind this up so it’s crumbly. Put this mixture into a larger bowl. And we want to press this into a ramekin to form the pie crust. Press it up against the sides of the ramekin. Next we’ll have to make our pie filling. We’ll take our pumpkin puree, a little bit of the pumpkin spice, reserve a little bit for garnish, and add the Divine Cheesecake Thermo-Snack. Ok, so that’s our filling. Take the mixture and press it into your ramekin. Clean it up with your spatula. A little dusting of your pumpkin spice for garnish, and then refrigerate for about 2 hours for a delicious dessert.
