Hi, everyone. This is Stephanie Manning with
Copycat.com. I would like to show you a new recipe that I recently tried
at the Olive Garden. It is for some Parmesan shrimp baked pasta. It is wonderful
and it’s really easy. You’re just going to need some heavy cream,
some grate Parmesan, some butter, and some shrimp. Now, I got these already pre-cooked and deveined
at my grocery store so we’re going to use those. And when we get
done, we’re going to garnish this up with a little bit of tomato and parsley.
So let me show you how you can put this one together. So my pasta is already
cooked and it’s set to the side. I cooked about a half a pound of pasta
and now it’s time to go ahead and make the Alfredo sauce. We’re going to
use one half-cup of butter, that’s one stick, and one pint of heavy cream. And we’re just going to put this in a pot,
let it melt together, and when it comes up to almost a boil, kind of a scald,
we’re going to go ahead and add in the cheese. We’re going to stir it
in. This is really, really easy to do. And if you don’t happen to have shrimp,
I think that sausage would work really well, too, or even some leftover
grilled chicken. This is a really great make-ahead meal and it tastes
wonderful. OK, so our sauce has gotten to the right temperature
for me to go ahead and add in the cheese, so I’m going to go ahead
and add in my cheese. Be sure to click on the description box down below
for the exact recipe. So we’ve stirred in our cheese. We’re letting it melt
right in and the next thing we’re going to do is we’re going to go ahead
and add in our pasta. You see the sauce has gotten wonderfully thick in
just a couple of seconds so we’re going to go ahead and toss in the pasta. Now for our pasta bake we are going to take
our pasta and our sauce and we’re going to put it in an oven proof dish
and then we’re going to add our shrimp on top. This doesn’t need to take very
long to cook at all since it’s pretty much done. OK? So next we’re going
to add in our shrimp. It’s some really nice beautiful large shrimp here.
I’m going to pop this into the oven for a few minutes and we’re going
to come back and garnish it and it’s ready to serve. So when it comes out of the oven, I’m going
to go ahead and garnish it with a little bit more of the Parmesan cheese.
I’m going to dice a little bit of tomato here and put that on for a little bit
more color. You’ll see how beautiful this will look. You see this is
so quick and easy to make. It would make a great weeknight meal. A little
bit of grated parsley. And here we go. We have made the Olive Garden New Parmesan
