Hello friend’s Welcome to the another episode
of Indian Food Taste Test, I am Nikunj Vasoya and Today I am going to show you one of the
Best Indian Curry and it is one of the best Indian Restaurant Seller Curry, it will be
really very good for you to try this curry at home because I have invented very easy
recipe of this curry. After working for few Years in this curry I am sure that you’ll
definitely going to like this curry so let’s take a look at Ingredients one by one.
Today we are going to make Restaurant Style Paneer Butter Masala or Paneer Mahan Vala
or Paneer Makhni, for Paneer Butter Masala you will need 200 gm Paneer, 200 gm, finely
chopped Onion, 2 medium size finely chopped Tomato, 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp
of Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp of Garam Masala, 2 tbsp of Butter, 1 tsp of Sugar, some freshly
chopped Coriander Leaves, Salt, 1 tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste, and Oil.
First a fall we are going to make Gravy for our Curry, it is a North Indian Style Curry,
so you will always need the Red Gravy in it, so first a fall we are going to make very
easy Red Gravy and I am sure it will give you very best taste compared to the other
recipes so observe it very carefully. First a fall heat around 1.5 tsp of Ground
Nut Oil, here I am using Ground Nut Oil because of good quality and it is also very good in
taste and it will enhance the flavor of your Curry if you are using the Ground Nut Oil,
in this add Garlic and Ginger Paste, in this add Onions, 1/4th tsp of Turmeric Powder,
1/2 tsp of Red Chili Powder, Sugar and Salt and mix all the things very well, and then
in this put the Tomatoes, cook it until all the things get cooked nicely and we can make
nice Puree or Gravy from it, gravy is very important in any Indian Curry, after cooking
it for 3-4 minutes at High heat I am taking 1 small bowl of this curry out for our final
Product, we are going to use this in our final Curry, I am taking around 3-4 tbsp, now in
this add little Water so we can make very nice Gravy from it. Again cook it for 1-2
minutes and then cool it down and then I am going to make Puree or Red Gravy for our Final
Product Paneer Butter Masala. Now our curry has cool down so make Gravy
from it by blending it in Mixture Grinder, so our beautiful and delicious looking Gravy
is ready so we are going to make our Curry, see it is very good and I am sure it will
going to give you very good taste because I have been cooking this recipe for since
last few Years and my friends and family members like this Gravy and Curry very much, now it
is the time to make our final curry Paneer Butter Masala.
Heat around 1 tsp of Oil so our Butter don’t get burnt, in this put 2 tbsp of Butter, see
this is the Secret thing which they are using in the Restaurant, this is nothing but the
Onion and Tomato Curry, they add this in Butter to give it nice and good and Restaurant Style
Flavor to the Curry, remember this thing it is very important, you have to add this Onion
and Tomato Curry before the adding Gravy into your Curry to make it taste like a restaurant
Curry. Now our Butter is ready so in this put Onion
and Tomato Curry first, this will going to give Smoky Flavor to your Curry, it is really
very good for any North Indian Curry, in this add remaining Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala
and very little Salt, look at the Color, it will going to give you very nice color of
Curry and also it is smelling very good, now in this put Gravy, stir this very well, add
little Water to it so we can cook our Paneer nicely, cook this Curry for 2-3 minutes at
medium low heat, then we are going to add Paneer into it, after cooking it for 3-4 minutes
at a medium low heat add Paneer, again cook it for 2-3 minutes at very high heat, now
our Curry is ready so add finely chopped Coriander Leaves and turn the heat off.
It is the time to serve my very Special and Delicious Curry made from Paneer, it is very
Popular and people really love this very much, on top of it put Gravy, Garnish it with Coriander
Leaves, so this is it my very Simple, Easy and Delicious Restaurant Style Paneer Butter
Masala is ready to serve. You can serve this Paneer Butter Masala or
Paneer Makhan Vala with Roti, Paratha or Nan whatever you like but I personally like to
prefer it with Nan, so I am going to have it with Nan but you can also have it with
Roti or Paratha. I hope you have enjoyed this Recipe, sp don’t forget to like, share and
