Welcome to a new video… …today I show you a super simple recipe for a fluffy pizza roll pull apart bread… …for that first crumble ¼ cube fresh yeast into a tall container… …add 1 teaspoon sugar… …also pour in 200 milliliters lukewarm water… …& then mix together with a whisk or fork until sugar &yeast have completely dissolved… …put yeast water mixture along with 400 grams flour, a good dash olive oil &a teaspoon salt into a mixing bowl… …& then knead together with your hands or a kitchen machine until a smooth dough… …which should completely detached from the bowl wall… …if that’s done transfer the dough to a lightly floured worktop… …also dust with a bit flour on top… …flatten the dough with your hands… …& then use a rolling pin to roll out until thin & as rectangular as possible… …to the size of 50cm x 40cm… …once done spread the dough with 150 grams sieved tomatoes… …using a spoon… …then season with oregano as well as a pinch of salt & pepper… …& finally sprinkle everything with about 200 grams grated cheese… …if that’s done we only have to roll the snails… …for that first use a pizza cutter to cut the dough in 12 equal sized strips… …& afterwards roll up each strip until you got such pizza snails or rolls… …place the pizza rolls next to each other in a lined & side buttered springform pan… …for that place three of them in the middle of the springform pan & the rest around with a bit distance to each other… …now it’s time to rest… …covered with a kitchen towel for about 45 – 60 minutes in a warm place… …until the dough volume increased significantly… …after resting time top the pizza rolls with some salami slices… …for that cut 2 mini salamis into thin slices… …& then top each snail with some salami… …that’s how the pizza rolls get into the preheated oven… …at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 – 25 minutes… …then get the done pizza snails out of the oven… …that’S what they should look like… …allow to cool a bit… …& then serve still warm… …I hope you liked the video… …I wish you lots of fun baking & see you next video!
