today im going to teach you how to make bread rolls and dont forget to like, subscribe and comment the things you will need are 4 boiled potatoes and leave it to cool because if you make it while the potatoes are hot then it wont be made properly you will also need fresh coriander, black pepper, salt to taste, cumin seeds and dry coriander you will also need mince i have put green chilli, garlic, ginger and oil then i cooked it and cooled it also if you dont want to add mince then you dont need to 4 crustless bread slices, oil to fry and water first you have to mash the potatoes as you can see i have mashed the potatoes and now im going to put all the spices in it and mix well watch how much salt you put in because there’s salt in the mince aswell now im going to put the spices in and mix well first we are going to take the potato and now im going to put it on my hand and flatten it and now im going to put the mince in the middle of the potato and we are going to close it now we are going to roll all of them then i will show you what to do next now we are going to dip the bread in the water and we are going to squeeze it and take out all the water then we are going to put the rolls into the bread and shut it as you can see i have wrapped the bread around the rolls and now we are going to fry them i have kept the oil to heat already as you can see i have put the rolls int he oil and now im going to let them cook only put a little bit at a time because if you put alot then it will break and mix it in the process aswell so it cooks evenly as you can see it has cooked on one side and now i have turned it and now i will keep cooking it until it is golden brown evenly it has gone golden now and im mixing it while its cooking so it can have an even colour it has cooked and now im going to take them out the bread rolls are ready and i have cut one to show you how it looks on the inside and try it
