Hey guys, it’s Warren here and today we’re
making zucchini bread. If you’re a fan of banana bread, this is the
perfect recipe for you. So, let’s get baking. This is enough to serve 10 people. Take a mixing bowl and add 200g of plain flour. To save sieving it, simply run a whisk through
it. Add 175g caster sugar, a pinch of salt, half
a tsp of bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Use a wooden spoon to briefly mix together. In a separate bowl, add 60ml of milk, 200ml
of vegetable oil, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and crack in 1 egg. Again, using a whisk, thoroughly mix these
ingredients together. Take your bowl of dry ingredients and pour
the wet mixture in. Again, using a wooden spoon, combine the ingredients
together being careful not to over work it too much. Take a grater and grate in 1 zucchini. Stir the zucchini into the mixture until thoroughly
combined. Take a loaf tine lined with greaseproof or
parchment paper and pour all the mixture in. Line the top down the middle with 20g of walnuts. Now, the zucchini bread is ready for the oven. In an oven preheated to 180c/350f, bake the
zucchini bread for between 45 and 55 minutes. Use a knife to check it’s cooked in the middle
then remove from the oven. There you have it. That’s how to make this delicious tasting,
easy to prepare zucchini bread. If you loved the look of this recipe, remember
