Place in blending cup Add 45g (3 tbsp) maple syrup Blend with hand mixer Pour coulis in cake pan Swirl cake pans to even out coulis Place in food container
Freeze for 3 hours Remove from cake pans Decorate with fresh blueberries and rosemary
